Not impressed. What kind of pizza place runs out of ranch dressing? No parmesan packets either. Stay out of the bathroom, hazmat! Cinnamon rolls were still bomb.

We really love this Cicis and since moving here we have been here probably a couple dozen times. Pizza is always hot and most of the employees are really friendly and it is clean. There's one very thin guy that really just hates his job but even he's not so bad. We had a horrid experience a couple weeks ago where the older blonde lady accused us of stealing by using the coupons on our app.

This was one of the worst CiCis I’ve honestly been to. Very very dirty, the bar, the tables, the floors were sticky and wet. The bathrooms were even worse. And only one employee was nice. What seemed to be the manager at the time had a bad attitude and I get it when it’s closer to closing time you wana get out of there but that doesn’t excuse the attitude and The way the store was. I definitely will not be coming back.

OMG! I used to take my kids here all the time. This store was so friendly and clean. Now, not so much. There needs to be more people working the counter. When we first arrived the salad was brown, there were a few pizzas on the counter. And nobody said "Hello, welcome to Cici's". There are no young, friendly faces. Not knocking older folks, they were nice just not very vibrant.
