Today I met with April Duvall - Sales Director at Summit Place in Anderson, SC. I am tasked to placing my 93 year old Mother in Law into Assisted Living. Being the last surviving member and being the Son in Law, I had a lot of unknown questions. April took her time and explained how Summit Place would help. Not only in what they would do, but she also educated me to other possible questions that customers have asked her during her career. Thank You to April. If April is a reflection of the Staff at Summit Place you will be Very Happy.

I've had nothing but great experiences with the management team. I know they have my family member at the top of their priorities I understand it's not what I want for them but it's what my loved one wants. Summit makes sure they get exactly what they need or want to the best of their abilities in the world of COVID-19.

Staff that cares directly for residents is great but the management staff is slow to respond. Takes multiple attempts to gain the simplest information. Then they are brash and rude. Response - I've tried to call several times. Staff is in a meeting, off site today, not in yet or have someone in their office.
