No one from this facility notified family after the flooding occurred. As to date 7-26-19, no one knows where my mother is and this facility is suppose to care for her. Iām an angry daughter š”

I saw one age that she was the CNA the med tech the rooms were decent I think it's what you make out of your room and how you fix your room up the facility itself was clean just a couple of rooms needed some care to it I don't know about the memories care facilities I didn't see that I think it's a facility where you're going to have to visit to get your own personal affection from but it's one of the smell I didn't smell anything I didn't see anything that was out of order but if that was your last choice or if you're trying to stay in your home area I would say it's a decent place for your loved one it's just that you're going to have to stay on top of things to make it livable for them to be comfortable but otherwise it's not the bad facility my rating I would give it maybe a seven don't know about the food and if they like that but it's a place where you going to have to visit and get your own opinion.
I have a brother that resides there hearing from him it's a place of turmoil at times between staff and residents
