The place has has many resources but my case manager Betty was no help the shelter I was at helped me with everything Betty drags her feet after I was all moved in my place I had a card in the door it was Betty info I called and with my father right there hearing the whole conversation she asked me if I ever wanted to make any money herself and someone she knows would like to claim my kids and if I would ever sell any stamps to let her know (off the record she kept saying) after realizing she really wasn't concerned if I ever got what I was seeking I ended the phone call now fast forward my kids have been sick alot I was missing work so I called to see if I could get help I call and she automatically had a well well look who's calling type of tone as I'm explaining my situation she lashings cuts me off and just was flat out ignorant I feel like she didn't help me because of what she proposed to me and I never followed threw with it didn't even think about it but if your ment to help people help don't make people feel like they have to beg she's not professional at all
