Ben and Darrell did a great job inspecting my roof this past week. The guys were also super informative and gave some good tips for best practices to keep the roof leak free for years to come. Thanks again!

When our roof was damaged by a fallen branch in a storm, Georgia Roof Advisors offered prompt help. Not only did they offer to work with our insurance company on our behalf, they noticed that the whole roof was compromised and pressed the insurance company to come to a settlement that would cover the replacement of the entire roof. The quality of their work is fantastic, and we couldn’t be happier. We really appreciated their patience in working with the insurance company (we all know that’s NOT fun) as well as the excellent workmanship they provided. Huge thanks to James and his team!

Jason and his team from Georgia Roof Advisors did a fantastic job on replacing our existing roof. They had a curve ball thrown out them when it was determined that the existing roof was not installed properly. They had to install decking on the entire roof, but the guys from GRA did a great job. We highly recommend that anyone in the Georgia area needing roof work give Georgia Roof Advisors a call.

Hi Krissi, thank you for your question. Yes, we do offer financing! Not only do we offer financing but we have several options to suit your needs and affordability. Our most popular is 12 months same as cash! Feel free to give us a call to discuss further your options 678 757 3477.
Yes, we are HAAG Certified Residential Roof Inspectors among other certifications see all of them on our website!
Hi Bill, thank you for your question, the answer to that depends on the type of roof you choose. It is also heavily dependent on tree coverage and having the correct ventilation! Our recommended installation is a GAF architectural shingle, it has a 50 year manufacturer defect warranty and with that we also offer a best in the market 10 year labor warranty. Metal roofs and designer shingles tend to last longer, however the price is significantly higher. All in all we treat every customer uniquely and find the right shingle for the right house. For example, GAF offers a shingle that is algae free for 25 years, this is for homes surrounded by trees and highly susceptible to algae growth, we wouldn't recommend this to a home with no trees around it. Call now for your free inspection so we can find the right roof for you and your needs. 678 757 3477.

While we do offer roof replacement service, a leaking roof doesn't necessarily needs to be replaced unless the roof is old. Missing, cracked, broken, and curling shingles can be repaired or replaced to stop a leak, while older roofs or roofs with multiple leaks or widespread issues should be replaced. Visit our website to learn more about our leak services.
Hi Rick, thank you for your question. We install shingles (3-tab & Architectural), metal, rolled roofing, TPO, Coatings. We do both commercial and residential. We do not install tile or wood shake. I hope this helps. Please feel free to give us a call on 678 757 3477 if you have any further questions.
Not necessarily. Leaks can result from flashings that have come loose or a section of the roof system being damaged. A complete roof system failure, however, generally is irreversible and a result of improper installation or choice of materials. The roof system installation may also be inappropriate for the home or building.
At Georgia Roof Advisors, we want our customers to be confident they made the right choice in trusting us with their roof. That is why we carry numerous roofing industry certifications. We are a HAAG Certified Residential Roof Inspector, a GAF Certified Weather Stopper Roofing Contractor, and a CertainTeed Select ShingleMaster. Between these certifications, Georgia Roof Advisors can competently inspect your roof and know exactly what damage to look for. If you need repairs, our crews will expertly install materials to the highest manufacturer standards.
Costs vary greatly depending on the pitch of your roof, the type of shingles you have, what condition the roof is in, and how many layers of shingles you have. The best way to find out the cost is to have a quote done.

All too often, roof system problems are discovered after leaking or another serious damage occurs. Periodic (twice-a-year) inspections often can uncover cracked, warped or missing shingles, loose seams and deteriorated flashings, excessive surface granules accumulating in the gutters or downspouts, and other visible signs of roof system problems. Indoors, look for cracked paint, discolored plasterboard, and peeling wallpaper as signs of damaged roof areas.
