I would not recommend using Green Basements. 1900 Sqft basement that took over 1 year to finish. I got sucked into the GB branding and was willing the pay a premium for a quality contractor. Started out good. Salesmanship and selections was positive which is the 1 star. However, once you sign the agreement is when the journey goes south. Pros: <> Most of their subcontractors performed quality work once they understood the scope of work. Cons: <> Horrific project management, process, and subcontractor supervision. I had to manage the project on multiple occasions or it would have taken an extra 6 months. I chose GB to reduce stress, not increase. <> 11th hour additional cost. Incomplete/inaccurate contract even after the salesperson was out there multiple times taking measurements (there is a reason for the 99 disclaimers they will have you sign) that lead to scope creep and additional cost at the end. You can review the agreement as much as you can, but I'm not a general contractor and hire someone like GB to get it right. With disclaimers, you don't really have to get it right, you just surprise the homeowner afterwards and then argue about it. <> Didn't cover anything with plastic throughout the entire project even after asking multiple times. <> Didn't clean the project which left the rest of our home constantly dirty. <> Had a subcontractor steal tools from our utility space. GB took care of this, but who are they hiring to be in your home? Bottom line, you can get this work done by another GC for less. Get multiple bids. Don't let the GB branding fool you.

We recently had our basement finished by Green Basement Remodeling, and we could not be more pleased with the results. The entire process, from start to finish, was exceptional. We began by meeting with the basement designer team Billy, who provided us with expert knowledge and consultation to help us decide how we wanted to design our basement. Next, we were assigned to the project manager Marcel one of the most professional knowledgeable project managers I ever worked with. Marcel was always responsive to our questions and provided us with timely updates on the status of the project. The quality of the work completed by Green Basement was exceptional. We had some challenges with our foundation that were not anticipated, but the team at Green Basement was able to quickly and easily address the problems and make sure that we were completely satisfied with our basement. Overall, we could not be happier with our experience working with Green Basement Remodeling and would highly recommend them to anyone considering finishing a basement. The cost was reasonable, the work was high quality, and the process was completely hassle-free. Next year, we hope to install a movie room and we will defiantly call Green Basement to help us with the project. Thanks, Green Basement Remodeling

This company is the worst. I got a remodel done of my kitchen and master bath in 2018, and aside from some issues that I had during the project, I'm now trying to settle a warrenty claim on the cheap cabinets they installed, and they are insanely unresponsive. I call, I email, I get limited responses and promises of "doing something" and then nothing for months. I cannot recommend you stay away from this company enough.... So disappointing.
