Bought a vape and plugged it in when I got home and nothing. So I brought it back to the same guy that sold it to me an hr ago and he told me "no refund call the manufacturer". He could clearly see he sold me a defective product after he plugged a different device in and it worked. I needed a new device at that point when I bought it. I didn't plan on buying a device and then calling someone to send me a new. My store i would have replaced it with the one that did work right there in the display case.

I haven't vaped in years so I was pretty much starting all over and felt lost trying to find the right vape for my needs. The lady behind the counter was so helpful and kind. She made sure I was happy before I left the store . I will be going back there for all my juices and coils from now on .
