The workload here is over capacity I will say not deemed safe when being short handed but that’s what you get when you work in a nursing home especially due to covid. We get the job done. People really need to stop the down-talk because honestly not just anyone can handle or much less take care of someone or be a caregiver — I love my job and the residents and I enjoy my job here. The insurance and PTO are pretty decent. The residents are well taken care of. I can honestly say they are pretty spoiled here! If you wonder if you should put your mother, father, grandmother, grandfather, aunt, uncle, cousin or friend here then yes you definitely should!

In response to Amelia’s review, her sister was repaid cost for flight and I apologized for any misconception or misunderstanding she may have had. I paid the cost out my own pocket as our company does not pay for flights for potential applicants. Pleasantview is far from being deceptive. We are looking for quality individuals for employment.
