Troyers market is a Christian based organization business that sells homemade breads, awesome fresh cut deli meats, and homemade candies of all sorts! I cannot say enough about this store! HIGHLY AND STRONGLY RECOMMEND!! Clean and very friendly service!

They do carry oats and grains and have dry mixes for soups so they most likely have an oatmeal (possibly cream of wheat) mix.

No I dont think they do . But it really was a great little place to eat lunch.
