Standing outside for 30 minutes waiting to check in with an appointment is ridiculous. Why are they making people wait outside to check in? I thought we have been way past that. I understand limiting people inside buy come on now. It's getting hotter and hotter, so they will make people stand outside in the 90s with no shade just to wait to check in for their appointment. Ridiculous

If i could give this place a 0 i would have. The lady that works there is so sweet and very nice. The man on the other hand is very rude i do not understand how he still has a job !! I'm sure everyone feels the same about this man i wish more people would speak up so this man would know he cant keep getting away with this!

I was in and out very fast and everyone was super nice. You are required to wear a mask. I guess because of the covid scare, you must wait outside for someone to check you in at the door. No problems

The scheduling times are really far out, making it impossible to actually obey the law and get your address changed within the required time. But we did it as soon as we were able and fortunately didn't get any grief for not meeting it. We didn't end up needing one of the documents the website said we needed, but it actually didn't make sense to require a bank statement to prove our address anyway, considering the bank doesn't require any proof to change it, themselves. My husband and I have commented many times about how weird it is for other states to accept that as a proof of address when anyone could go in and put any address they wanted for that and then change it right back afterwards. As for the office itself, it was pretty empty. Only one worker and no patrons. But we arrived a little early for our appointment, and were taken in very quickly, since no one else was there. So that was nice. At first, the employee seemed to be in a bad mood, as she was short and very matter of fact (and even slightly rude). But I made an effort to empathize, and that softened her right up. After that, she was great. Very positive, and the experience from then on was wonderful. So, if the person you're interacting with seems rude, this just shows how much of a difference even a small gesture can make. Instead of taking offense, show them some kindness. It could change the tone of the entire encounter.
