I have been a professional cosmetologist in NC moving to SC last year. Did all my legwork to get my license in SC. And every time I call to see where they are, I get “ they are in the mail” for months now. Today- I was irate- I’ve had enough of the run around. Now they say- they sent them to my address/ and they got sent back & NOW they want me to pay another $10 to get them. It’s the principle for me- they put me off every time I inquire. No professionalism- no consistency. They need to do a whole new rehire. The worst customer service ever. It’s as though- they want to jus make you go away. Like you are a bother. I will take further action. How are they even in business? Almost one year since I started the process. And still no license. SC get with it- the Administrator needs to do her job!
