Clean, and quiet. Does not flood. Rained a lot while I have been here. Management is very courteous and helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

This is about the worst trashy place you you possibly park an rv, it floods really bad, they stack people on top of each other like sardines. The maintenance man is great on the good side , but other than that stay away from this place, no place for kids or your family.
