Positive: hot breakfast, comfortable bed Negative: I did not like all of the internal construction and renovating. I was looking forward to hanging out at the indoor pool but it was closed due to construction. If I had known this, I would have stayed elsewhere.

I've stayed at this Holiday several times over the past three years when visiting relatives. The hotel is clean, staff are professional, and the beds are always comfortable. It's a great value and a great night's sleep. I highly recommend it.

Stayed 4/9-14/22 at Hoiday In Express in Covington, TN for funeral. Excellent customer service from front desk to breakfast, to housekeeping-Mr. James. Our room was very nice. I loved the firm beds, and slept well. My God mom says she stays here whenever she visits Covington. It was my first time. Parking free and we felt safe going in and out. I highly recommend staying at Holiday Inn Express in Covington TN!

On January 23rd we discovered bed bugs in our room. This is not only unsanitary but also made our stay very unpleasant. I spoke with management(Carol Williams), but she was very unprofessional. I showed her the bed bug that we were able to catch in a cup and also the evidence(my aunt’s lip, hand and arm). Instead of listening to our concerns about this safety incident she was more concerned with the interest of the hotel and showed a total lack of compassion. As a result, my aunt had to go to the local hospital ER. Needless to say we never received a follow-up call or any response after we left our information for follow up contact.
