I brought in my old wedding ring hoping to turn lemons into lemonade, and the kindness and patience I was shown solidified I was in the right place. For the first round I wanted the center stone made j to a pendant. After consultation around my initial thoughts they delivered a rendering true to scale. The renderings were perfect and they honored all of the suggestions I had without pushback. The piece was deliver on time, for the price quoted, and is possibly the most beautiful pendant I have ever seen. Now we are working to turn the ring into a right hand ring. Will post again when I pick up that beauty! Cannot recommend Brent, Ben, and the entire staff enough! You won’t be disappointed!

We took my wife engagement ring and wedding band to make it bigger and better after 28 years.
If the wooden rings have a metal element to the design we may be able to engrave on that surface depending on how wide it is. Our engraving machines are not able to scribe or laser mark directly on wooden rings. We can engrave/mark on just about all types of metal rings or flat pieces with our metal laser engraver. We can engrave/mill wood or plastic as long as it has a flat surface and can fit in our rotary engraving machine.
Yes. We can re-set your stone in the ring.
Masks are required for entry. Staff must wear a mask or shield. We have plexiglass barriers at our checkouts and over most showcases.
We do not service watches in-house, other than batteries and link removal. We send Citizen watches to their service center for repair.

Yes, we resize rings. Our normal shop turnaround is 2 weeks. This can vary with time of year and volume. Please call us directly for more details.
