The lots aren't big and they are some snooty lots to move a new trailer into. The new owners have put about 10 brand new ones in within the last 6 months

Too much! They dnt rent they do rent to own and it's like 4k to get in the like 800 month!

Are small pets allowed...2 small under 17 pound dogs? What is pet deposit? Do you have any 2 bed open? How much are 2 bed and what is deposit?

Hi Susie, you are allowed more than one dog. We don't allow any aggressive breeds in our community and there is not a pet deposit.
