My friend was taken in to the ER by ambulance. He was treated with urgency and compassion. Cherokee Medical has grown and I am impressed with the care my friend received in the ER.

I heard this hospital was not a good one to go to but everyone I met was so kind to me. The nurses were amazing.

At the emergency room now August 10 2:12 am. The lobby is empty. We have been waiting at least an hour and a half. My daughter was inquiring how much longer would it be. The clown, Gina, at the service desk went out of her way to be rude. When my daughter was talking to the other personnel Gina continue to interrupt. BTW we are still sitting in the empty lobby. Hold on another sick person came in. They should probably change the name from Emergency room to heaven or hell waiting room. Customer service and care is a negatives stars for me. Not sure If they realize people are here because they don't feel well.
