First time shopping here. Lacks in customer service, but good prices. Watch out because some things are low in quality. But i just needed some swivel casters and they were $19 here, whereas everywhere else they were over $40. Good buy! We'll see how they hold up. There was no one working the floor for customers to ask questions. Only 2 employees in sight and they were both working the register.

I went in to buy some cable zip ties. As we approached the register we overheard the cashier loudly bad mouthing her manager to the customer in front of us, which is always a bad sign. The cashier gave me the total. I handed her two 20 dollar bills, and then .... enter the twilight zone. She said, "Sorry, I don't have change." I said, "No problem, I'll pay with card." She said, "That's too much of a hassle for me. You need to stand over in the corner, and somebody will get you change." I said, "No thanks, I'll just take my two $20's back and you can keep the cable zip ties." She said, "No sir, you have to wait." At this point she had the $40 and the merchandise. I guess we were just going to have to wait. Fifteen minutes later somebody came out with the change. Even though the cashier now had the change she refused to hand it over, instead she handed it to a confused person standing next to me. A truly bizarre experience.

Great value for what you spend. Customer service has always been nice and helpful. The selection is large and items that you never thought you needed!

Small store with a great selection of cheap tools! They have plenty of tools, but not just tools! If you need things for yard work, equipment, tool boxes, protective equipment, etc., look here! Service is friendly.
