Do you have your own trailer or looking to rent one?
Rent used to be reasonable around 5 to 600, now some careless property management company bought it out, jacked the lot rent up from 200 to 485 witch made most of our rent go into the 800 dollar range. Most these people have set financial situations and are being forced to move. It's a sad situation for what used to be a great tight nit community that has started to fall apart as trailers are being moved out and people evicted because they can't afford there rent any longer.
