Ken and I are so thankful for the excellent team at J Francis Builders! We started our home in Seneca on Lake Keowee just as supply chain delays and inflation hit the housing industry hard. Joe, Jimmy’s son, was our primary contact and helped us navigate the building process with patience and professionalism. The subcontractors were excellent. A shout out to Terri Charettete, the architect who works with Jimmy. She incorporated everything we asked for and made helpful adjustments as needed in our plans. We are enjoying lake views every day in our beautiful home.

We had a brief experience dealing with the project manager and Sissy. Everything on the punch list was done, we've been here less than a month and I am thrilled with quality of the materials and craftsmanship. I've had builders who didnt check behind their guys work and didnt care if it was done correctly or not. This is by far the most well made home I've been fortunate enough to live in. We couldn’t be happier with our new house built by Jimmy and his team! From design through the punch list everything was handled expertly and efficiently. Zach, is very good at handling the details of design to expenditures. He always knew where we were and how much we were spending. We could not have found a construction manager better than Jesse. No matter what came up, he was on it and handled it professionally. Kevin did a nice job with some of of our punch list items. Jimmy is probably one of the most congenial people and wants everything to go perfect for your build. We highly recommend Jimmy’s J Francis Builders!
