This is the best Verizon store i have ever worked with.Typically, upgrading your phone or doing anything of that nature is borderline infuriating but with the help of Shelby It was so easy and painless. She is extremely patient and kind. She answered every single question I had with a clear, precise answer. The store is clean and well designed. Overall fantastic experience (slightly irrelevant but their chairs aren’t that great.. it feels like you’re sitting on a bedside table.)
