I was employed by New Bold which is a contract company within the company ,While employed there I was put in a very uncomfortable situation My Supervisor Linna uses the N word like it’s a household name She told me that I should wear a scarf around my head because I didn’t have a big nose and big lips like other black women I’m in disbelief that I had a meeting with her and her supervisor and he told me that I should of wrote it down But I’m even more shocked that Michelin is condoning this type behavior from any contract company that works for them and the saddest thing is not either one of them apologized to me it’s like they can say N***er and it’s okay This is 2022 and African Americans still battle racism especially at a large global company as Michelin.

I really appreciate the opportunity they have given me and I hope that I can make this job my retirement stop. Very much a team oriented place and that is worth a lot with the way some jobs I've worked for and with.
