Oh my goodness! I can not express enough how pleased I was with our little Gypsy's treatment, especially since we are from out of town. The entire staff was amazing!!! Everything was thoroughly explained and the care and concern for her was just astounding! Will / would highly recommend for anyone in the Mount Pleasant / Charleston area.

Outstanding! We are so happy we found Animal Medical Center of Mount Pleasant. We've worked with the fabulous Drs. Epstein, Fenamore, and Lawhon. The entire extended AMC staff are all incredible and truly care about each and every animal entrusted to them. From regular checkups to emergency visits, they are always patient and happy to answer all of my neurotic dog mom questions. Scheduling is handled beautifully by Nick and other teammates at the front desk and in emergency situations we've always been worked in and seen quickly. They take the time to get to know you and your pets and truly treat you as family from the moment you call or set foot through their doors. For any animal, a trip to the vet can sometimes be stressful but the staff at AMC go above and beyond to make it a positive experience. We have two rescue pups (2 girls: 2yrs & 3yrs) that we take to AMC. One of our dogs came to us heartworm positive and the treatment is both painful and prolonged. We were understandably anxious and so appreciated the extra compassion and care our girl experienced throughout treatment. We received timely updates and assurances of her progress and even a photo of her being cuddled and comforted post-procedure. This is just a glimpse of the excellent care each animal receives at AMC. It's not often that you see so many pets happily trotting through the door of a vet and it's a true testament to not only their high standard of care but also how each staff member at AMC goes above and beyond and treats every animal as if it were their own. Their professionalism and exceptional veterinary excellence are evident in every interaction. We've consistently felt reassured and thoroughly informed each time we've had a question or sought medical guidance. Further, the staff also dedicate their time to supporting local rescues to help ensure as many animals as possible are living their best lives. There's nowhere else that we'd take our girls and we feel so grateful to have such an amazing vet in our backyard. There's no other team that we rely on or trust more than the staff at AMC - we would commute from anywhere to work with them. Highly recommend!!

Dr. Epstein is very thorough, knowledgeable, and compassionate. The office staff is courteous and definitely goes the extra mile to make the experience at their practice top-notch! We received the best of care for our puppy and were impressed with their attention to every detail! 10/10 recommend Dr. Epstein!

Great place to bring your dog. Dr. Epstein is very friendly and open to talking about your pet. Expensive but I trust that my dogs are getting great care. Also very convenient if you board your dog next store at Best Friends Boarding.
