It is very difficult to get in touch with their customer service staff on the phone. Either the phone number listed gets a busy tone, or I am waiting on hold for almost an hour and the call drops. Yet when I finally get through to someone, I get a long lecture of how I need to be more responsible when it comes to calling in about updates. How am I supposed to report changes within the small “grace period” we are given if I can’t even get through anyone on the phone?!?

Tasks that could be handled in a single day is taking MONTHS! If everything else is safe to open so is the welfare office. Productivity would increase on both ends if we could meet face to face again.
