All the workers helped me. Good service. This Play it again is cheaper than Buffalo and Minnetonka. Was happy with their prices and their service. They also had every item I was looking for.

Wouldn't go back. Live 1.5 hours away, called early in the day and talked with Alec about a bicycle for sale. Asked about condition and shape, told me it was in "excellent" condition and that I wouldn't be let down. Made the drive to purchase and arrived, looked at the bike and the frame has many deep scrapes, front rim is missing 3 spokes, and the rear rotor has a bend in it. Would not have went here if I knew this was the condition, but bought because I already made the drive. Not thrilled about how this went.
