I dont believe they sell CBD there but i could be wrong. Discontent sells it and i think the Ecig Emporium does as well.
I would never buy an older mod unless it's a collector model. Good Mods are available at so many price points it really does not make sense to buy used. If you are buying from a personal friend at an extremely reasonable price and know the history of the mod then maybe!
