Kings Mountain is making great progress. Remember, if your water or power is out, the city doesn’t t make money, so it makes sense that they get it on as soon as they can. I’ve lived here twenty years and I think my power has gone off about five times, for only a few minutes or hours each time. That’s a pretty good record. All towns have pains growing into cities. We’ll all be glad one day that we have enough power and water to provide it to an exploding population. I do wish the water mains would be replaced so they wouldn’t break and flood as often, and that utilities be put underground with more sidewalks, bike lanes and street lights to make everything a little more pedestrian friendly.. The work that’s being done downtown right now looks great- very sharp and classy! I’ve been walking a bit, and have noticed things I’d normally miss in the car. Kings Mountain is looking good!

This company is horrible. Their service is horrible, their power and water are horrible and to make it worse they are your only option. Just blow the whole city to hell if this is what they have to offer.

Monopoly on power, water, sewer, gas and it shows. Customer service is terrible, rolling power outages, wish I never bought a house in this town. Mayor does not return calls or emails nor does ward 5 councilman. Duke! Save us!

Where members of staff call men with guns for a guy holding a god bless the homeless vets sign! Karma to dirty officials
