Haven't decided on purchase yet. But salesperson, Kristin, was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Prices were a little better than local competition too.

Friendly enough staff and decent prices. Problem is they are hanging on to their old fashioned ways that require all transactions be in person. If you put a deposit down, you cannot cancel or pay the balance / schedule delivery over the phone. You have to go in, not to mention they are closed Sundays. As a single mother with a full time job, they make life harder rather than easier. I’ll be shopping elsewhere. If you value flexibility, you will, too. Correction: My intention was not to suggest Parker’s is an online merchant. To the best of my knowledge, commercial transactions happened over the phone without the storage of credit card numbers … long before the Internet revolutionized shopping.

Always loved going to Parker's Furniture. Now....well let’s just say I’ve never felt so rushed and pushed to get out of the store. The lady’s were friendly, but the old guy at the desk with glasses couldn’t have been any more rude. No personality, No thank you for your business, No we appreciate you spending that large amount of money. Hands me the receipt and thats it. I own a local business and I would never treat my customers like this. Needless to say, that will be my last purchase.

Mrs. Linda Mann was very PROFESSIONAL and courteous. She didn't over crowd me into making a purchase. She just quietly came along with me and answered my questions. She gave her HONEST opinions in a nice way. Then I went to Badcock & Big Lots and didn't receive the same courtesy. So I went back to Parker's and purchased a plush Recliner as a Christmas gift from my Santa Baby.
