Alexa was so sweet and gave me the best hair cut and color I’ve ever had. I was pretty embarrassed coming in honestly because I’ve severely neglected my hair for years being a mom and all. She was so nice and helpful. I left feeling amazing. Staff in general was really friendly and helpful. Total transformation. Will be back in to shop and for salon services.

Great store. Staff was helpful as I was there to find Toppik hair building fibers. Another helpful associate at checkout assisted me in signing up for future discounts & offered a couple of men's Calvin Klein fragrances. Highly recommend the store in Gastonia, NC.
