Excellent for sales, great sales reps. But awful on Servicing. My 2023 Palisade got with driver side cabin wind noise issue and also a rear cabin noise issue. Very disappointed, it’s ruined the whole purpose of buying a new vehicle for me, screwed up by Hyundai. Utterly inefficient and false / faulty for service and false communications. I was been here for fixing the cabin wind noise on driver side with 2 attempts and multiple discussions. After 2nd attempt also still the issue exists and called out as fixed and not seeing any issues, also its by design from Hyundai. When filed a complaint with Hyundai customer care for this issue, they simply closed the case saying the Bloomington Hyundai service center mentioned as the issue is fixed. It’s not true, its false statement. This statement made my car ineligible for lemon law. I approached to another dealership which is far away for me, they did admitted the issue and trying to fix driver side window noise issue and then will look after for rear cabin noise issue. I never go or not recommend any one for Bloomington Hyundai service center.
