I've used Dean's in the past and they've been very responsive to assist. However, after they misdiagnosed the issue I was having in my home they still charged me for services that I did not need. I've tried multiple times to resolve the issue over the phone and I have not received a call back. I'm a Deans club member and I will be canceling my membership with them. They're employees who come in your home are great and I'd expect that same service from the employees in the back office. They're great at collecting your money but not at rectifying issues. Home Owner beware

We’ve had Deans out twice. We have an old farmhouse that has an incredibly strange wiring set up. First, Ian was extremely thorough and found that our “bad outlets” were actually a gfci that needed reset in another location. The second time was more “bad outlets” that had loose wiring that Bryan took care of easily. Both provided us with additional information about updating our wiring and panel so that we would have fewer issues going forward. We are looking at a remodel so we were also provided a quote for a complete rewire. Both servicemen were VERY professional and friendly. I felt completely at ease with them in my home. I had called 5 or 6 different electricians the first time before I saw an ad that Dean’s offered electrical. The other electricians either ghosted me mid-conversation or never returned my initial call. Dean’s was super responsive and FAST. SO grateful I saw that ad so I could eliminate extension cords throughout my house to compensate for the non-working outlets. We had our plumbing evaluated by Matthew. He was transparent about our plumbing situation and what we needed to do to help.

Both my toilets are slow this morning, but working. does anyone give estimates on what might be needed?

Bob Gibbs | Oct 15, 2018
Chris Nielsen | Oct 15, 2018

I would make some calls. You don't say if the toilets are slow to drain or slow to refill after flushed. I assume you mean drain which would indicate a clogged pipe that services both. I would run water in all of your sinks and see if they all are slow to drain. That will help whoever you call to diagnose the extent of the issue. If they are all slow then you may have some kind of main line problem.
