I wish I could say this is the only WF branch that’s slow but everyone I’ve been to lately takes a very long time. The one on Zebulon is just awful!! Have you ever waited so long in a line that you’re stuck in and it’s so bad you feel like crying? This is the bank you want to avoid.

Slowest bank I have ever been to. At lunch depositing company checks. Been sitting in line for 15 minutes. This is why they are not my personal banker.

Worst banking experience ever! Hey won’t answer the phone to schedule an appointment! They won’t let me in. They cut off my card and will not send me a new one. I guess I’m about to have to call the police. They will not give me access to my money!!

Be ready to hurry up and wait since only the drive up lanes are open. There is no deposit only lane either, so make sure not to try and bring your company's deposit on your lunch break or you'll go hungry. Sit and wait as you watch the contents tube travel back and forth from vehicle to teller several times until the check cashers finally provide all the necessary credentials to cash their checks.
