Phillip is honest and I can see he puts a lot good work on the cars. Overall a good and smooth and less stress experience. My car had bad sensors the day after I picked up and Phillip was able to fixed quickly with high quality.

Yes, you can trade-in a vehicle for which you still owe money. We take all trade-ins. Just bring your current 10-day payoff quote, along with your vehicle for an appraisal and we’ll get working with you on getting your new vehicle.
Absolutely, we offer a standard warranty on all approved vehicles. What does this mean? This means that anything under 200,000 miles gets a 3 month, 3,000 miles warranty that we place on each vehicle to protect our customers from purchasing as-is. We also offer 3 different warranty options that cover all types of vehicles including powersports to your daily driver. I strongly believe that when making a purchase it is important to protect your investment.
Yes, each vehicle purchase has tax, title and license fees. Other than that there are no other fees.
Typically I can have my customers in and out in about an hour or less. Here are some things that can draw out the process if we don't have them prior to the time of the sale, especially with a finance deal. You will want to be sure you have your drivers license, auto insurance card (on your phone or paper copy that is current), proof of income, proof of residency (any current bill that shows your name and current address), choice of payment (credit card, cashiers check, finance etc, down payment.). I pride myself on getting my customers in and out in a timely matter while still taking the time to explain and answer any questions you might have.
We have many options for financing. Often, we can get our customers approved for financing on most of our vehicles. The best way to find out is to fill out a credit application on our website and have us take a look. I work hard to protect my customers credit by not blasting applications to everyone knowing we may not be able to get you approved. Transparency is key to protecting what credit you have already built.

Absolutely! Often I am buying vehicles from customers who come in with a vehicle they are simply looking to get rid of even if they are not buying one at this time from me. All we simply do is schedule an appointment for an inspection and then walk you through the market value and work towards a competitive value on your vehicle. This way each customer gets the most out of the value of their vehicle.
Since I am a one-man operation, I always want to be able to schedule appointments for test drives. This way, I can dedicate that time slot to my customers. Of course, if you are driving by, you are welcome to pop on in and come find me either in the back, wrenching on a vehicle, or at my desk when you walk in.
With our vehicles, we place them through a strict detail and clean up prior to being placed on the lot. We also do our best to give the vehicles frequent wipe downs after test drives and even throughout the week if possible. We are a small dealership which I feel gives us an advantage to less people coming in and out the building, less contact and more space. I am a one man operation who is always happy to take requests of my customers and accommodate them in what ever way they need. I just had a customer in the other day who wanted to use e-signatures for signing purchasing docs, which we are able to do for them. I am usually the only one in the building along with my detailer in the back. We also have been operating by appointment only to try and control the flow of traffic through the dealership. Although, this is not always possible to control, we do our best plan accordingly. (character limit reached).
Nicole, we try to make this as easy as possible by having the CarFax linked to every vehicle on our website. If you are browsing on your PC you can find the CarFax link simply by going into the vehicle inventory page on our website. Each vehicle will have a link to the CarFax listed under the photo of that particular vehicle. If you are browsing from your smartphone, you will need to click into the particular vehicle you are looking at and scroll down until you see the CarFax link. Yes, we offer financing options for all our customers. On our website we have a quick link to a credit application form. We love to help our customers get pre-approved prior to coming out. If this isn't possible, we are happy to assist during the test drive appointment. We can help with all types of credit and can also help with vehicle payoffs for trades coming from our customers. In many cases the vehicle you are seeing online will be on the lot. But, in some cases in might not for a whole host of reasons. We fully understand the importance of your time. To best accommodate you in this, please give us a call prior to coming to visit out dealership or scheduling an appointment.
Each vehicle we sell comes with a CarFax report showing if the vehicle’s mileage is true and accurate. If any discrepancies were found, we would be the first to post this in the listing information on the vehicle. We pride ourselves on being transparent upfront.
Yes, each vehicle goes through a safety inspection and also a full interior and exterior detail. All qualifying vehicles are sold with a 3 month, 3,000 mile drivetrain warranty.
