My wife went into this store and purchased 2 of their e-cigarettes. She opened one in the parking lot and it did not work, she went into the store to try and return it. The cashier was rude to her and accused her of trying to return an old spent e cigarette. The next day I called and talked to the manager who was equally rude, his name was Eddy. Eddy claims that because he purchased the e cigarettes and they are defective it is not his responsibility to back the product he sells. He refused a refund or exchange. He said the parking lot is not the appropriate place to test an e cigarette purchase from him. He said that in order to make a return you need to open it infront of him and smoke it in the store. Which is illegal. 0/5 stars for you Eddy, your lack of compassion and disregard for people who will still purchase from you is appalling.
