I have been to this store numerous times. I have NEVER had an issue once. The last time I was there, the attendant I encountered was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Her name is Kim. Every time I see her I know that I will have to endure her snotty attitude, but this time she took it entirely too far. All I needed to do was place my purchase on hold because I miscalculated what was in my bank account. I live a mile away and told her I would be back to finish my purchase. She then demanded that I would not be able to use my card again and I would have to use the ATM. She argued with me over and over again about how and when I could purchase my fountain drinks. Her attitude was uncalled for she rolled her eyes, she huffed and puffed. I felt as if I was dealing with a child. She is not a child. When I asked what her name was she screamed to me that it was none of my business. When I came back she had called the police to try and use intimidation about the matter. I have seen her do this with several other customers. I have listened to her complain about other customers. I've listened to her speak very badly of other customers to new employees. I have still been charged for the drinks that I did not receive. I will take further action to make sure I'm not charged the money that was spent because I did not receive my items. I have heard other employees say that Kim treats them unfairly and she is supposed to be customer service manager or customer service supervisor I'm not sure. What I do know is I should not feel threatened to walk into a gas station when I have money to spend on my family. I should not feel threatened in anyway what so ever walking into a gas station. She does not need a job there anymore. She would do better somewhere else. Maybe the other employees can have some peace at their job instead of dealing with her childish and immature nature. Hopefully this is not a reflection of how MAPCO runs their business. Kim is definitely a NO!
