Would definitely recommend these townhomes! My husband and I lived here for 2 years and it is a very well maintained property. The communication between Hina, Danielle and Chad and the rest of the office team is excellent. They are efficient at not only communicating but also responding to emails phone calls etc. we had one noise challenge with a neighbor right before we moved out into our house and had no luck handling the situation on our own and the moment we contacted the property the noise issue stopped. They are efficient and go above and beyond for the residents! They also offer fun community events which is always nice!

I've been living at Charleston Row Townhomes for 5 years and I absolutely love it! It is in a great location; close to shops and restaurants, yet tucked away. The townhomes are very spacious. The floorplan that I live in has a one car garage but it is considered "oversized" and has plenty of space for a car and storage. If you don't like sharing a bathroom this is the community for you. The 3 bedroom floorplans have 3.5 bathrooms! If you are looking for a homey feel but don't want to worry about maintenance or landscaping, definitely check out Charleston Row Townhomes.
