My husband & I went from a pack & a half a piece of Marlboro reds to 0 vaping. I personally recommend starting out with a basic pen vape. They sell couples sets of 2, the kind in different colors you can buy disposable tanks for not the ecigs. I believe I started on the 50/50 juice at 16mg of nicotine. It takes a day or 2 to get used to vaping, it chokes you because your lungs are so dry from smoking. Take small puffs here & there. If you can't find a flavor you like go to Carolina Vape kings & have them make you no flavor juice. Starting out it was WAY cheaper than smoking. About $15/20 for a small vape & the juice varies I spend around $30/month with a large vape. If you upgrade to the bigger vapes, they her pricey but take care of it & it'll last. I'd rather spend $100 a year on a vape than $40/WK on cigs. I also used to use an inhaler and haven't had to but 1X in 6 years since I switched! Good luck on your journey!
