I’ve been going to these guys the past few years as well as referring friends. Well, I went there today to get two front tires installed. When I drove above 50 mph the car shakes. So I bring it back and ask them to check the balance again. So I asked if it was the balance or the wheels are bent. He says both wheels are bent. Have a nice day. So I said why didn’t you tell me they were bent earlier so I could buy new rims? He just walked away.

These guys are the best. I have been using them for years for new tires and flat fix. Never try to upsell either. The other day I had a nail in a tire on my crv. Pulled into the back at 8am, they were just opening up. Flat fixed and pulled out by 816. $12! Literally. Both of my kids go there too. Local is best.

It’s currently 8:18AM. My cords are showing (didn’t realize how bad it was) anyway they are supposed to be open at 8AM. Mind you I have work at 9am and it takes me 30 minutes to get to my job. An absolute joke this place is. Gave them a second chance because last time I was here dude hit my bumper and scratch it with the jack. Never again I’ll be going to a different shop for now on. Mind you I’m a local to sayville and it’s an emergency. Never again.
