Had to get a visitor pass to see my son while at AIT and had a great experience. The security guard helped me use the kiosk and get my pass in just a few minutes. Next time I'll know exactly what to do without any help 🙂 I need to add the security guard was assisting every person in line for the kiosk. I thought that was really nice since most of us were clueless and not sure what to do. The gate guard was very nice as well. The entire process took just minutes and not as long as I expected. I'll be visiting Fort Gordon a few more times this year and will be able to with a bit more confidence 😊
