Not really, I go to the shop a lot to get air on my bike and to tighten some screws, and they can communicate fine in English and they do the work fast and efficient, really friendly people aswell, and cheap too, I took my bike last week to tighten multiple screws, and put it both tires, and paid only 2 dollars.
There's an Electric Bike Store/Repair Shop named (Kysmo )@ 4408 8th Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11220 they're open 7 days a week.
