I've left 2 dentists in the past year because they wouldn't listen. They were gonna do what they wanted. Aspen dental in Gastonia listened. They are great. They are pricey but the fact they are doing what I ask makes all the difference

The dentist said they could make my teeth fit so I wouldn't have to use glue. That's not true everytime I eat something my teeth fall out 😡😡😡

I spent 2 hours as a new patient and left without finishing my appointment. Staff was sitting around on their phones and socializing instead of taking care of their patients. Evidently can’t make appointments correctly because people were coming in with proof they had appointments scheduled for today but the staff was telling them they didn’t have appointments. This was happening yesterday too. Place is a joke! I should have just canceled when they didn’t return my calls. Very unprofessional
