I visited Ludus Sports Massage to get relief from the back pain and stiffness that comes from sitting in a desk all day. Daisy got me fixed up! She applied some deep tissue and cupping techniques to relieve my muscle tension. She even took the time to show me some stretches that I can do from home for preventative maintenance! I'll be a Ludus Sports Massage customer for life!

Daisy is hands down the best massage therapist I’ve ever been to. She’s very thorough and very knowledgeable. Highly highly highly recommend! She has brought on another therapist and I would happily see her as well.

Daisy is amazing! Everything is clean, and the atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing. I went in today for a 90 min sports massage and it was just what I needed. Daisy is a true professional and very skilled at her craft. She found every knot and by the end of the session, I was feeling amazing. My next appointment is already booked. Thanks again for another great massage Daisy.

We recommend at least 6 weeks post surgery unless otherwise stated by your surgeon/ physician. We will not work with you unless you have been cleared by a doctor to receive massage therapy after your surgery.
We do not take insurance at this time but we can offer our SOAP notes and Invoices from our session together for you to file a claim yourself. The process is easy for most insurances and so far, we haven’t had anyone come back to us saying it hasn’t worked for them with the information and notes we provide for you. We hope to collect and file insurance ourselves at a future date.
You do not have to be an athlete or play sports to get a sports massage. At LUDUS, it’s not all about what you DO but more of HOW you MOVE or for some people, aren’t able to move. We have a great blog post on our website explaining different kinds of “athletes” and how we can help all clients and their muscular needs; athlete or not.
Of course! We can treat a wide range of injuries and muscular dysfunctions including sciatica, post surgery recovery, low back pain, complications with scoliosis and more!
Scraping, or IASTM, is a technique used most commonly by PTs and Massage Therapists to break up scar tissue, bone spurs, and muscle adhesions. It’s an extension of the therapists hands to allow the body to become more palpable for more beneficial deep tissue work. We definitely recommend this post surgery, for chronic pain and muscular dysfunction and for deep adhesions and trigger points.
