Dr Miller is great. Her office staff is very helpful. I would recommend her to anyone needing her help.

Very rude and uncaring staff. If I schedule at a certain time, at least have the decency to honor our agreement. Wait times can and most times exceed 1 hour. Was asked if I wanted to reschedule, no, I want the help I drove 45 minutes for. What is the point of having a so called "professional" if you can't get a hold of them? Dr Miller, you should have a serious talk with your staff about people with mental issues. They have proven to me, that we are not important, and are just another number. So, think about it. Do you want these people to be representing you? You said you could help me. Prove it.

Would like to post a fair review but have not been able to get a hold of anyone. They do not answer the phone or return calls. For a business that is in the people helping category this is not very helpful and makes you feel like you're not important. Perhaps they are good at what they do but I will never know. May I suggest that if your clientele is full and/or you're not able to return messages please leave that information on your machine or hire somebody that can answer the phone and regard people respectfully.

I like my provider Sara a lot, but getting through to the office staff for ANYTHING is impossible. I have not spoken to a human there in months. I’ll hazard a guess and say it was last August. Everything is done strictly through voicemails. Which would be fine or whatever. The problem is, they’ve developed this nasty habit of not calling in mediations. This is the second time I’ve called in a request for TWO medications, and ONE has been forgotten! How do you forget 50% of your patient’s medications? God forbid this happens, because you can call over two dozen times to rectify the situation and absolutely CANNOT GET AHOLD OF ANYONE to solve the issue. They take nice long 3 day weekends so you get to hang out and have withdrawals for even longer periods of time. It’s pure negligence. I’m at the point where I’m looking for somewhere else to go, because the front staff is inept enough that I would rather completely start over with someone new rather than suffer constant mistreatment. Any reviews praising the staff must be friends or family members trying to bolster the clinic reviews. If you aren’t on any medications and don’t mind months in between appointments then you’ll be happy here.

They close for lunch 12-1.

I am looking for self counseling, for my first time. What is the hourly rate? I would be paying out of pocket. I'm is Nassau and don't want to drive to Jax. Thanks, BAMA
