This place needs to be remodeled is too small and dirty and there is not sufficient staff to attend according to real costumer service, any other pollo loco I been to is so much better in all the ways. Sorry just the truth.

I visit this place a lot since I work nearby. I like how the customer service is always excellent and they keep the place neat consistently. Rates are fair and they serve generous portions.
