Ericka, the breakfast host is possibly the nicest person you’ll ever meet and she will help make your day start out great! The rooms are good sized, the bathrooms are clean and look newly renovated. Beds are good too! Laundry was helpful and the pool was great. Will happily stay here again!

The staff went above & beyond! They even left us an anniversary card with well wishes, along with a bottle of sparkling cider. The rooms were clean and nice. Breakfast was great. The pool was refreshing. The location is perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better first visit to Bar Harbor!

Stayed for two nights. All the staff members were friendly. They offer free parking and continental breakfast. They also offer free coffee/hot chocolate and cookies in the reception area. They have a separate computer & printer available for customer use. Only recommendation is to upgrade room's flooring from carpet to wooden so that it looks more modern. Other than that it is a great and convenient place to stay for the price.

Very nice hotel with a very comfortable beds. Peggy Sue the front desk manager made our stay very enjoyable. We were always greeted with a hello and a smile as well as her great customer service with helping us switch rooms because of an allergy I had to certain cleaning products. We travel often for work in as diamond Members she accommodated us beyond our expectations. A very nice team of staff they have there.
