I bought a home for an incredible price. Sandy in the office is amazing. She basically held my hand through the entire process. The crew that worked on this home did a fine job and they even did some extra little features for me :) There was an issue with a leak and they came right over to fix it (I have 7 days to check for leaks, and this was 9 days after. After this it's probably up to me to take care of it). They have stood by their word and been gracious and kind every step of the way, and everyone involved has been this way. The owner of the park was very involved in the whole process and is a wonderful person! The whole process of moving to another state is so stressful, but Sandy made it much more comfortable than I expected.
