I have started to go to this gym since November 2021. Manager (Scott) and trainer (Gui) are very welcoming and professional people. I usually go in the mornings, and I like this gym.

This gym is immaculate and well run. Scott and Justin have created an appealing and comfortable atmosphere for members of all ages. The calibre of training is exceptional and access to equipment is always great. I have worked out at many gyms on the Cape and this one is a runaway winner!

Everything was good at first but the owner turned into a bit of a douche. I was asked to go outside to take a phone call that was on my headset but others can be as obnoxious and loud as they want. There was also a incident when another members key card wasn't working so I let him in which was in a way my bad. But still was reprimanded for it. If your all for double standards and different rules for everyone then by all means this gym is the place for you.

You can go under 18 I believe you, but need a guardian signed consent probably.
Each club is different, but mostly the monthly membership fee is around $40 and there is a discount if you sign up for multiple month memberships. There will normally be a small key fob activation charge. All clubs are different so I would suggest stopping by to discuss their options.
I believe about 40$ a month. If youre a resident in the area, they do a 7 day trial where you can use the gym for free. Ask about it then, and they'll give you pricing options.
I'd recommend having them just sign up online for the month, you have to do all the forms that way anyway
They have little storage units but they do not have doors or locks. I've been going to the gym for almost two years and there's never been an incident of theft. Also, there's a surveillance system.
