I love Michael's. I'm a little bitter that I could have gotten a bucket of heavy body medium buy one get one half off... They allowed me to order and choose PayPal pay in four... And then cancelled one of my buckets .. so I just paid full price for one and never get a "half off". AND still have to pay the pay for to PayPal -_-

I came in for a custom frame, but Wendy showed me how I could buy the frame and colored mat and do it myself. I saved 75%! I was impressed with the variety of frames and choices of colored mats that fit the frame I choose. She was so helpful that I got another embroidery framed with a double mat that accommodated the raised stitches. I was truly impressed with the customer service I got from Wendy. She showed me multiple options and was creative with her suggestions.
