Yes all you have to do is Google there menu
A lot of restaurants stop taking orders past a certain time. The inside dining area is open for people to finish their meals until 10:30 but if someone calls at 10:30 to place an order, the restaurant will not be able to close until the order is completed and picked up, therefore, orders no longer get taken past a certain time to insure that the employees are able to close up on time.
