I love South County Health! It's my go to place when my own Doctor is not available. Fast and efficient nurses and doctors. I wouldn't hesitate to go again. A+

Tere are ties where one struggle. Went in for a pain ony elbow that conflicts with my daily tasks. I vutrently have no insurance and went to get seen because when I called they said they do ot refuse anyone indeed about getting billed by mail rather, but when I went to register the story was different. They said my co pay was $137 due right then. Who has that kind of money just laying around. Well...not everyone that's who.

The front staff was very helpful and I loved the nurse I had, unfortunately as soon as the practitioner came in (Allison Jones) it all went downhill. She came in talking about my chest and cough symptoms which caught me off guard because not once did I say I had a cough or any chest like symptoms. I have no cough and nothing wrong with my lungs. I told her I was running a fever of 102 for two nights and that ibuprofen wasn’t helping me at all and she said that it takes time!?? And that when they took my temp when I came in it was normal. Obviously it would be normal because I took 4 ibuprofens before coming in but I was still sweating like crazy sitting there. I kept bringing up my ears and not once did she check them for me. I was tested for the flu and it came back negative but the practitioner kept saying it could still be the flu!?? None of this made any sense to me and I kept asking what else I could do to help myself because I can’t sleep from the fever and my ears are hurting me pretty bad. All she said was to take Flonase and get rest and I should be better in a week. I couldn’t believe how dismissive she was with me and how uncaring she was. When I received my papers, they were only about the flu which I already tested negative on. Then as I read them it says if you are running a fever over 101 and the fever meds aren’t working you should seek medical advice… Which is what I did and Allison did nothing to help me. I left the hospital crying and in pain. This was THE WORST experience I have ever had at a doctors visit.

I went to have blood work drawn. I went in at 4:45 only to be told by the rude receptionist that I hate getting every time I go there, to come back tomorrow, their closing early. I absolutely hate this lab. Going to quest lab, less BS with them.

If you walk in, there's a help desk at the front that has packets of information on the PCPs on their network. They'll point out which ones are currently accepting new clients as well.
