This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. We had appointments and showed up on time. They did not greet us and when I mentioned we had appointments they completely ignored me. We had even called ahead and spoke to someone on the phone. After they took some people before us and waiting around for about 30 minutes we just left. They were so rude and made me feel incredibly uncomfortable just for trying to get my nails done.

I’ve been coming here for over 5 years and have never been disappointed. I feel like family when I walk in and am greated by everyone. The staff is welcoming, professional, and very well trained. I have never received poor service. I would never pick another salon over Nail Premier!

I have been coming here for years and they are the absolute best. Italy is my girl!! Her manis and pedis last forever! There aren't any team members here that I wouldn't go to.. they are all amazing

They didn’t honor my appointment. The tech I made the appointment with was doing new set of nails on another client when I came in. I was on time and she had just started with that client. The older woman at the front desk told me “these things happen”. She told me to sit down at the pedi chair. I waited for at least 10 min until I finally asked if someone was going to do my pedicure. The same woman came over and started to do my pedi with dirty instruments that were already laying there. I told her I wanted a fresh clean pack. She rolled her eyes and went and got a new pack. They do not respect clients. I feel like we are just numbers to them. I’ll never go there again.
